HANDOUTS
& LITERATURE

While the concept page might give you a first insight into how I like to engage with groups, the following podcasts, articles, and freebies dig deeper. All of them have been carefully selected over the last years.

THE LAC
CANVAS.

During my time with innovation managers, change agents, and sustainability experts, I realized that they all share one challenge: When bringing forward new ideas and concepts, they are confronted with a massive amount of anticipated loss. These losses appear in three level: The individual level, the process level, and the organizational / cultural level.

This is why I am introducing the Loss Awareness Canvas (LAC) for adaptive leadership work / behavioural change. You can listen to my keynote explaining the canvas at the Interclean 2024 in Amsterdam (video below).

In a collaborative setting, feel free to invite an interdisziplinary group and work on the canvas collectively - if you need help, just reach out.
